MacPid® submarine gel

The MacPid submarine gel electrophoresis tank is offering many user-friendly features and provides a fast, convenient, cost-effective alternative to traditional gel systems.

It accomodates standard gels for both analytical and preparative studies of nucleic acid. It is ideal for high resolution electrophoresis as well as for high throughput thermal cycler & PCR screening or RFLP.

The screws thumbs of the end dam ensure a perfect sealing, thus avoiding any agarose leak. The tank framework is built to prevent warping and cracking alterations in the event of too hot media being poured or overheating running situations. Platinum electrodes provide a reliable electric field during the run.
